The film tells untold story of a US government project called "Operation Babylift," a $2 million program that airlifted over 2,500 Vietnamese orphans out of a war-torn country to protect them from the impending threat of the Communist Regime directed by Dallas filmmaker, Tammy Nguyen Lee. Participants from Operation Babylift will be in attendance.
