Who May Host an Event

The museum is available to the general public for hosting private functions. Please call (214) 979-6437 for pricing information.

Planning the Event

The Crow Collection of Asian Art is the perfect location for luncheons, receptions, formal dinners, weddings, engagement parties, corporate events and parties. Our Special Events staff is dedicated to helping you create an unforgettable celebration. Let us help you start planning your perfect event.

Events may be hosted in the Jade Room, Arbor Walk, Grand Gallery, and Trammell Crow Center Plaza. Food and drinks are not allowed in any other space, including the Garden Gallery and Mezzanine (depending on the exhibition), though guests may tour these spaces freely.
